A 12-month journey
One-to-one coaching
An ongoing online space for examining priorities, asking better questions and shaping daily life around the direction you choose.
Philosophy
Dylan does not tell someone how they should live. The work is to observe what is happening, clarify what matters and turn broad intentions into choices, routines and concrete reflection. It remains collaborative: decisions belong to the individual, while coaching offers structure, questions and continuity.
The process
A direction that becomes practice.
Introductory call
An initial conversation explores expectations, fit and boundaries without pressure to enrol.
Direction
Working areas, priorities and personal ways of noticing progress are clarified without promises of an outcome.
60-minute sessions
Online meetings take place weekly or every other week, agreed in the context of the journey.
Between sessions
Ongoing support and additional learning materials relevant to the work are included.
Review
The direction is revisited periodically and adapted to priorities that emerge over the twelve months.
