2. Data we process
The site may receive technical data needed to deliver and secure pages, and the limited information you choose to send through an enquiry: first name, one contact channel, selected topic and an optional message. Please do not include diagnoses, medication, medical history, mental-health information or other health or sensitive data.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering an enquiry and taking steps at your request before a possible service: GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- Keeping the service secure and preventing abuse: legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), using limited short-lived technical data.
- Complying with applicable legal duties: Article 6(1)(c), where relevant.
4. Recipients and services
The website is delivered through its hosting provider. Editorial content may be managed in Sanity; enquiries are not stored there. The embedded Google Maps panel is not contacted until you select “Load Google Maps”. At that point Google receives the technical request data needed to display the map and may use cookies or similar browser storage under its own privacy policy. Google Reviews, WhatsApp and Instagram remain external links whose providers process data after you choose to visit them.
Email form delivery is not currently enabled; the site keeps the direct WhatsApp and email alternatives available.
Audience analytics is not currently enabled on this website.
5. International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the controller checks the applicable adequacy decision or uses the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards where required. Provider documentation and current subprocessor lists are reviewed before launch.
6. Retention
Unconverted enquiries are scheduled for deletion from the business mailbox within 12 months of the last substantive contact, unless a shorter or longer period is required for an active request or legal defence. Security metadata is kept only briefly, normally no more than 30 days absent an incident. Contractual and accounting records follow their separate statutory schedules.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the controller at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
8. Security and changes
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to limit access, transmission and retention. This notice is reviewed when the website, providers or purposes change. Effective date: 4 September 2026.
